THE PROCESS
AFTER YOU CHECKOUT THE CUSTOMIZATION BEGINS:
STEP 1️⃣ - REQUEST:
You'll receive an email where you can submit your custom requests! Please use an email that you can access and be sure to check your spam folder.
STEP 2️⃣ - SUBMISSION:
Fill out the linked survey to submit your custom reference photo, custom title, custom location address. The sooner you submit the information, the faster I can get to work!
STEP 3️⃣ - FIRST DESIGN:
In 2-3 days, you'll receive the first design of the location and a mock-up of the print.
STEP 4️⃣ - DESIGN REVIEW:
You'll have 24-72hrs to approve it or make any final notes.
STEP 5️⃣ - FINAL DESIGN & DELIVERY:
Once approved, I'll finalize the the illustration in 1-2 days and you'll receive the final version digitally instantly via email.
STEP 6️⃣ - PHYSICAL PRINT:
If you purchased the physical print, allow an additional 10 days for the final print to be delivered to your home once approved.
Remember that if you chose Digital Delivery, you'll recieve an email with the print file you can print at-home, take to your local printer, etc. Again, this means you'll be responsible for getting a high quality print.
For Physical Print delivery, please select Physical Print Delivery, which means you'll receive the beautiful print in the mail.
FAQ
Will my DIGITAL print arrive in time for Christmas?
If you place your order by December 15th, I will be able to have the final print file ready for you in time for Christmas.
Keep in mind, you need to fill out the form and reply to emails quickly, in order to not hold up the process. Delayed communications may result in a delayed print, but i'll do everything in my power to get it to you on time!
Will my PHYSICAL print arrive in time for Christmas?
If you place your order by December 9th, and are speedy with your communications throughout the process (see process above) then your physical print should arrive in time if you're in the US.
I cannot guarantee delivery times for countries outside the US, so I recommend the digital delivery option to ensure your gift in time for Christmas.
How long does the entire process take?
From the moment you submit all the details for your print, it can take anywhere from 7-10 business days to receive your final files. Keep in mind, I'm based in Philadelphia and working in the Eastern Time Zone.
How will you deliver the print to me?
At checkout, please select your preferred delivery method. You can select Digital Delivery to get the print-ready file delivered to your inbox OR physical print-delivery to receive the printed out artwork at your door.
Printed delivery will naturally take longer — about 7-10 days depending on where you are — than digital delivery. If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my CHAT option.
